Employee Highlight: Meet Technician Patrick Harding
Posted on Nov 18, 2013

How long have you been employed with Bethany Associates?
I have been employed at Bethany Associates for a little over seven years.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I enjoy a varied schedule. I am a route manager for a pressure washing route and also responsible for all of our equipment, from our large pressure washing trailer units and water-fed pole systems to our smaller equipment such as our poles and hand tools. Depending on the day, I will either be out in the field pressure washing or at Bethany Associates working on various maintenance needs. Sometimes I’ll do both on the same day.
What needs and challenges are you able to meet for people?
One of the big challenges that I meet for people is actually through my role in equipment maintenance. By keeping our equipment well engineered and well maintained, I help our service technicians to deliver high quality results to our customers.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
It is rewarding making any service I do a simple and stress-free experience for our customers. I am often able to do this for homeowners who have never tried our company before. I know homeowners may wonder whether they can actually depend on a new contractor for a quality service. I like to answer that question by doing a quality job and by making my interaction with them pleasant and informative.
Tell us about your family and what you did for vacation this year.
I have a wonderful family. I am fortunate to have my parents living quite close to me so I can often visit them. I have a sister who teaches grade school and high school. I also have a brother currently serving in the Air Force Reserves in Massachusetts. For vacation I enjoyed exploring lakes and rivers via kayak.
