What's in an Estimate?

Interested in getting a free estimate from Bethany Associates? If you are, we can tell you how much it will cost to window wash and pressure wash your home or business in just a few minutes. Here’s what to expect when calling for an estimate:

1. Ten Minutes of Your Time. Depending on the number and variety of windows in your home, our staff will need about five to ten minutes of your time to take your information.

2. Count and Classify Windows.A receptionist will ask you to count and identify the types of windows on your property. Think in three categories: double hungs, casements and sliders. Double hungs slide up and down, casements have little handles that crank the window in and out, and sliders slide back and forth. Take a look below to see examples of these window types.

3. Square footage and Surface Material.

Are you calling for a pressuring washing estimate? The receptionist will need to know your property’s square footage as well as its substrate (wood, vinyl siding, stucco etc.) If you aren’t sure about either of these, we will help you figure out your property’s rough dimensions and identify its surface materials.

Once the receptionist has all of the above information, they will give you a estimated price that will be confirmed by the technicians when they show up to clean your property. Lastly, they will schedule a time for the service that works best for you.
